CORS Fire coil air test on Garrett AT Pro! (video, results+)
In this article i am going to be reviewing the CORS Fire coil for the Garrett AT Pro (also available for other detectors).
If you have read my previous post about this coil, you will know that it is kind of big, especially compared to the standard AT Pro coil. This, of course has its pros an cons, which you can read about in more detail this article, if you are interested.
But in a short summary, larger coils are good at finding big, deep objects like coin hoards. You will aslo get to cover a territory quicker. The downsides of large coils is usually heavier, and maybe worse separation than the smaller ones.
We know that big coils are better at finding large objects than the smaller coils are, but are they just as much better at findig small items? I decided to do air tests with the Fire coil to find out, and here are the results:
Interesting results, right? Well here they are:
If you look at the results you can see that larger objects get more +cm in total than smaller objects, and that proves that big coils are still good at finding small objects, but but they are better at finding larger ones.

Such a cool test guys thanx!
You are welcome:)
