Amazing videos of WW2 tanks excavations (Digger’s Digest #2)
Do you think that if you have a detector you wouldn’t be able to find a tank? Ha! Everything is possible, just believe in yourself and spend a lot of hours in the field with detector.
Everybody knows that it was a bloody battles on Eastern Front during WW2 (1941-1945 in Eastern Europe), but probably that would be a surprise for you to get know that even now relic hunters with detectors still find sometimes tanks in forests, fields, rivers and lakes. I want to show you videos where you can check a tanks excavations. Just imagine, that tanks haven’t seen a sun for more than 70 years! Such a monuments of peace in the world.
Here we go.
German StuG III still alive and in a very good condition:
This T-34-76 belongs to German Panzer division. You can see a German signs on a turret. Found in Estonia, close to Narva, that tanks participated in very bloody battles in 1944.
Another T-34/76, but found in Ukraine.
Soviet Light Tank T-70, found in Pskov region in Russia.
Soviet BT-5 tank found in a river. Goddamnit, that is pretty rare tank for now, but it was found in such a good condition.
